During our last post on the scariness of the Super Committee, our saga ended with a prediction that the Chosen Twelve would turn into zombies.

We’re freaky predictors of the future, eh?

The drama continues…

Super Committtee Members (The Chosen Twelve) have morphed into partisan cannibals, using the media as their weapon of choice. They are turning on each other with verbal violence, with accusations flying of each “leaving the table.”

Okay, that part’s weird. It’s hard to make “we’re still at the table, where are they” into a horror flick. They need a different cliché for this to fit my drama.

Worse yet, cash stopped pouring in for The Chosen Twelve. The evil monsters that were chasing them everywhere, throwing green paper at them, have disappeared. The evil monsters were replaced by an eerie silence…. The Twelve have come to the horrid realization that they prefer the monsters and miss their weapons.

The Supreme Leader has also disappeared, leaving them in a virtual ghost town. The tension is rising, the deadline is looming and the accusations will keep flying.

November 23 is around the corner. Come on, Twelve. Step up.
