Government Sales
JetCo employs proactive and reactive strategies to guide each client’s government sales efforts.
We develop proactive strategies by creating, maintaining and implementing a comprehensive B2G (Business to Government) marketing plan. The plan contains a complete SWOT, assessment of the current environment, determination of target agencies and detailed research of both forecasts and competition. The research leads to the development of communication strategies and tactical messages. We evaluate the effectiveness of all efforts and continually modify this B2G plan.
We don’t wait for the plan to be in place before reacting to existing opportunities. On a parallel path, we establish the required infrastructure for government sales, including the required registrations and internal client training. We immediately research opportunities using a combination of NAICS and key words, conduct bid/no-bid evaluations, write and submit bid responses and conduct post-submission evaluation for constant improvement.
All activities are guided by government sales goals we establish collaboratively with each client, and we report and measure against these results.
